It reduces instrument drift due to deposits building up in the sample introduction system, typically at the nebulizer, torch injector and interface cone tips, improving long term stability.;This accessory is based on hollow fiber membrane tubing, which passes through a bottle containing deionized water. It humidifies the nebulizer gas, reducing desolvation at the nebulizer orifice. This enables analysis of challenging high TDS sample types that could cause salting or particulate buildup.
