The pump is built from 316L mirror finish stainless steel and designed for easy disassembly of components, facilitating easy cleaning, and withstands the rigors of vaporized hydrogen peroxide (VHP) decontamination.

The rotor-head is designed for superior accuracy and reliability, delivering precise liquid displacement for consistent volume distribution into the Sterisart^® family of sterility testing canisters.

The intuitive tubing guide and clamps ease tube threading, and the manual fail-safe locking mechanism diminishes the risk of accidental jamming and downtime associated with automated closing systems.

The pump also features an open design. With its versatile slide-out drain tray design, it accommodates a range of sterility testing canisters on the market.

Every component of the pump is designed for ease-of-use. The orientation, swivel, tilt, and height of various elements can be adjusted for optimal comfort.

The pump also includes a customizable real-time overpressure monitoring system.

The Essential model features a high performance 7" touch-screen display optimized for use with isolator-gloves. The display integrated barcode scanner facilitates material data capture and can be retrieved in simple electronic reports.

The system is accompanied by qualification documents (IQ/OQ) to ensure credibility, along with detailed user manuals for support and maintenance.
