AG Scientific Pbs 10x Solution, 1 L

Phosphate Buffered Saline is a buffer solution commonly used in biological research. PBS has many uses because it is isotonic and non-toxic to most cells. These uses include substance dilution and cell container rinsing. Supplied as a ready-to-use sterile 10X solution. PBS is used in many biochemical applications to maintain pH.

• Sterility: Filtered through 0.22µm filter. Autoclaved 15 minute at 121°C
• pH: 7.2 - 7.6
• Composition: Sodium Chloride: 1.37M, Potassium Chloride: 0.027M, Phosphate Buffer: 0.12M
