Empirical’s uLtraPure Deoxynucleotide Mixes and Bundles are >99% pure and PCR grade. They are free from bacterial and human DNA, DNases, RNases, nicking activity and proteases. They can be supplied as a 10mM equimolar mix of each dNTP or as separate tubes of dATP, dCTP, dTTP and dGTP at 100mM.
CONCENTRATION: 100mM
STORAGE & HANDLING: Store at -20°C upon arrival. Minimize number of freeze thaw cycles by storing in working aliquots.
