| Application Notes | MAB1951F has been designed primarily for FACS analysis on live or lightly paraformaldehyde cells. Ca++ must be present in all solutions to maintain antibody contact with the antigen. Typical dilution is 1:100 for 1 x10(6) cells. Washes using complete PBS (containing Ca++ and Mg++) and 1% BSA are recommended. Optimal working dilutions must be determined by end user. |

Integrin family members are membrane receptors involved in cell adhesion and recognition in a variety of processes including embryogenesis, hemostasis, tissue repair, immune response and metastatic diffusion of tumor cells. This gene encodes a beta subunit. Multiple alternatively spliced transcript variants which encode different protein isoforms have been found for this gene. |
