BL 2000 is a vessel with mixing knife and is particularly useful in combination with IKA MultiDrive basic for wet grinding of a variety of applications, such as meat, sausage, soy beans, silage, vegetables.

All parts can be cleaned in a dishwasher. The knife is easy to dismantle for intensive cleaning.
