Sartorius Vivapure Adenopack™ 20

Vivapure^® Adenopack is a series of purification kits for type 5 adenoviral vectors. Supplied with all of the required filters, chromatography units and buffers, they enable clarification, purification and concentration directly from cell culture, to yield up to 3 x 10¹³ viral particles. This replaces time-consuming and labor-intensive CsCl density gradients, significantly reducing processing time.

Adenopack kits are available in different formats to suit all research needs, from screening to larger-scale purifications. Testing new constructs requires rapid, parallel, and fast purifications. Adenopack 20 kits are ideal for this purpose, enabling spin column based purification of 6 different samples from 5-20 mL cultures, in parallel. When scaling up, Adenopack 100 and 500 kits are suitable for purification from cell cultures in the 20 - 500 mL range.
