Ningetinib is a multi-kinase inhibitor that inhibits c-Met, VEGFR2/KDR, and Axl (IC50s = 19, 37, and 11 nM, respectively). In vivo, ningetinib (20 mg/kg) inhibits tumor growth in MKN45, Caki-1, NCI-H441, Huh-7, U87MG, and MDA-MB-231 mouse xenograft models by 53-97%.
