The BioResolve SEC mAb 7.8  x 150 mm Column contains 2.5 µm BEH particle technology and is application specifically tested with the mAb Size Variant Standard to ensure accurate and highly reproducible quantitation of monoclonal antibody (mAb) monomers from frequently associated high molecular weight aggregates (≥300,000 Da) and lower molecular weight fragments (e.g., ≤100,000 Da). This column is also available with Water mAb Size Variant Standard (PN  176004592) at no extra charge.
