Select Silanes Columns

Agilent J&W Select Silanes is a stabilized trifluoropropyl methyl polysiloxane phase optimized for analysis of silanes. The column has a very thick film, resulting in high capacity and retention for highly volatile silanes. In addition, the low bleed allows the column to perform compositional as well as impurity analysis down to ppm levels, while reducing surface activity for improved peak shape.;Typical applications include analysis of alkylated chlorosilanes at percent levels or trace impurity analysis. Valved, direct, and split/splitless injections are possible.
